Barry Dunlap
Sr. Pastor

Barry Dunlap is the Senior Pastor at OcalaFirst. His goal is to go into every person’s “world” and plant the gospel any way possible. This goal is the driving force behind all OcalaFirst does. It also is the leading force that is presently moving OcalaFirst from a program-based church to a cell-based church; NETS! Pastor Barry preaches God’s Word in a practical way that you can use in your everyday life. Pastor Barry has been a pastor for more than 25 years: 11 of those at OcalaFirst. He also has traveled extensively in evangelism, ministering in conferences, crusades, and camp meetings. Pastor Barry and his wife Barbara have served other Nazarene churches in Kansas and Missouri. They have two daughters and one son along with 8 grandchildren.

Jerry Gilmore
Worship & Youth Pastor

Jerry brings experience in ministry ranging from Worship Leading, Lay Ministry leadership, Church Administration, and part time and full time music evangelism. He enjoyed 6 years of evangelistic ministry with a quartet called The Envoys and then another 8 years as a soloist; traveling throughout the US and even to Nigeria. In 2005, Jerry accepted the call of God on his life to enter into full time Christian service and ministry. In January of 2008, he accepted the call to minister as Worship Pastor at OcalaFirst. He and his wife Linda have two adult sons; John & Josh. They are also the proud granparents of a baby boy, Micah, born on Jan. 7th, 2008.
