This is the name we have given to describe the Biblical model to reach our world and disciple believers to fulfill the Great Commission. The Master's Plan incorporates the use of small groups - NETS - to fullfill this mandate. The Master's Plan is a process, not a program. By adopting the goal that every believer is a leader of others to Jesus Christ, the mandate to reach our world is personalized to every person who has accepted Christ. The Master's Plan is composed of four foundational principles; WIN, CONNECT, TRAIN, SEND

WIN

The principle of WIN is accomplished through networks of men, women, youth and children. These four networks hold quarterly gatherings that allow believers to bring their friends to an place where the gospel will be presented in a relevant and relatable way that will allow each person to begin a relationship with Christ.

CONNECT

The principle of CONNECT begins as new believers and newcomers establish long lasting connections and relationships with the church family. CONNECT starts by assisting each newcomer and new believer to become involved in a small group or cell that we refer to as "NETS". In the weekly "NET" meeting, relationships are formed while people are evangelized and discipled. Connecting continues by engaging these individuals in attending an Encounter Weekend that transforms their life and propels them in their God-given destiny.

TRAIN

After completing CONNECT, then TRAIN begins. During this critically important stage, the new disciple begins The Discovery. TRAIN is comprised of 30 intense weeks of training which include character and leadership development.

10 weeks in Discovery #1 - "Finding The Rock"
10 weeks in Discovery #2 - "Staying the Course"
10 weeks in Discovery #3 - "Reaching the Summit"

During this phase, students in "The Discovery" are trained to open and lead a NET. Once the student opens his/her NET and completes "The Discovery" he/she is invited to become a part of a group of 12 that will mentor him/her weekly and continue to develop the leadership qualities necessary to win and disciple others.

SEND

Eventually everyone in a group of 12 will also become a leader of twelve. When the discipled believer completes The Discovery and begins his own NET, he/she progresses into the final stage of the vision. . . . SEND! During SEND the NET leader will begin to disciple NET members through Encounters, "The Discovery" and opening their own NET. At this level, they may begin to develop their own twelve disciples in whom they can reproduce the character of Christ sending their disciples "into all the world to make disciples" of others.

SPECIAL NOTE

The "Principle of Twelve" or "Group of 12 (G12)" is the core of The Master's Plan vision. Just as Jesus poured His life into the lives of His chosen twelve, so we have a G12 leader who pours his or her wisdom, encouragement and love into our lives on a weekly basis. Once a person joins a NET, attends an Encounter Weekend, enters "The Discovery", and opens their own NET, he/she is invited to be a part of a G12. That person is now in a covenant relationship with the G12 leader and a group of 12 peers who share the common vision and goals. G12 members are mentored, taught, covered in prayer, loved, and encouraged as they lead cells.
